This years Awards also saw the inaugural induction into the New Zealand Music Hall of Fame. It was suggested to us some time ago that we should begin to recognise those very special writers, artists and performers who have made a significant impact on NZ culture with their music.

APRA are proud to have Mr Jordan Luck as their first inductee, presented by Mike Chunn.

Such tributes in many cases are long overdue, this addition along with the Silver Scroll, APRA Maioha, SOUNZ Contemporary, Most Performed Work in New Zealand and Most Performed Work Overseas, the Awards are indeed an extraordinary night.
